Troubled Waters inaugural event was an evening of Tall Tale Telling, where saloon guests were invited to tell a tall tale.  The tallness of the tale was not defined, and as such it was interesting to see how many tellers actually told true stories--or at least, stories which they remembered to be true.  The question begins to form: when does a tale  start to stretch the truth? How much elaboration does it take for a spoken memory to inch outside of objectivity, through subconscious skewing, and into the realm of intentional manipulation?
